Pima Court Pub
The project began in late August 2013, and on September 12, 2013, Boulder, Colorado, experienced unprecedented rainfall, which ultimately flooded the entire basement with over seven feet of muddy stormwater. The Pima Court Pub features a beetle-kill pine bar top, dimmable LED ceiling fixtures, dual flush toilet, a cellar and storage room, wired surround speaker, and a dual tap keg refrigeration system.

This townhouse was built in 1980, and the basement was never improved. The client came to McSquared with an idea to create the ultimate family hangout. The renovation included a finished bathroom, improved laundry room and entertainment room completed with a professional tap and bar. An egress window was required for permitting and safety purposes, and was installed.
